Kings Buffet

This used to be our favorite restaurant for birthdays, get togethers etc. We took our daughter there today for her birthday. Were we ever disappointed!!! It was terrible. The imitation scallops were so hard I could not cut them and was afraid if I ate them I might break a tooth. Other food was hard as well and tasted as if it has been reheated many times over. Needless to say we will not be returning there again. After talking to relatives they also have noticed the drastic quality drop in the food and will not be revisiting as well.

Similar to Mandarin's in quality and price but with fewer taste-hiding sauces.
Buy a VIP card [$10, good till autumn 2011] and always get 10% off plus free pop and coffee, for the whole table. That's under $10 for buffet lunch weekdays incl. drinks. Less for seniors.
Use the card on Tuesdays for specials. Best bargain in Cambridge, along with Diwan restaurant.
Choose from roast beef, good salmon, variety of chicken, fresh sushi, pizza.
Soups and some cakes are unimpressive. Love the fresh fruit and ice cream.

One of my favorite places to eat. So much to choose from but choose wisely.
