Pizzaville Cambridge

so very disappointed...after ordering from Pizzaville for over 5 years they will no longer delivery to our area!! Too bad....we will have to give our business to someone else. (

Pizzaville has a lot of potential, but they're really ticking me off! Their online ordering system allows me to choose 'lightly cooked', and 'thin crust', the way I like it, and it's great when it arrives! But the online ordering system is faulty in that it makes me think I've chosen these options, and then I press 'next'.. order the pizza.. and then it arrives all thick like I hate it! Why? Because they have an extra step in there that makes you press the 'add toppings' button, just to make it thin.. and if I'm not remembering this, or paying really close attention reading every word, I miss that step, and think I've ordered it, when I haven't. This has happened on a few occasions and I'm really getting sick of it. So I looked for a way to give feedback... nope! They send a confirmation email, they have a website.. but no opportunity to leave feedback. Great! Also, they should really teach their drivers to say THANK YOU, especially when you tip them! Is it a given nowadays that delivery drivers get tipped by everyone? It sure wasn't back in the day!
Other than that, the pizza is good if I can remember to take that extra step in ordering.. the toppings are really fresh and the bacon is cooked, rather than mostly raw like some places serve it up!

I'm being honest the first few times the pizza was awesome!But then they changed owners and now its not really good.

Finally a pizza joint that uses REAL BACON!!!!!!!!!!!!! (not that crumbly greasy other crap) For a twist or for ordering for children try the ranch sauce instead of tomato.... YUM

Avoid!! They use a very little amount of toppings and worst of all I became sick after eating here. Never again

Unbelievably good. I checked it out once, on a whim, and was blown away by the flavour of their pizzas and crusts. They beat the competition hands down. (I believe they use actual tomatoes in their sauce, where the competition just uses the tomatoe paste provided by suppliers.) Really good.

Hi, I just wanted to say that we have tried all the Pizza in cambridge and without a doubt, Pizzaville on Hespler rd and Bishop is the best by far!
You can really see that they care about how they prepare their pizza, its always fresh and their toppings are to die for, way to go Pizza Ville.
