Dining at the Nappa Grille this Sunday evening was very disappointing. Upon arriving we waited 15 minutes in the lobby area, before seeing a staff member, who then asked if we were awaiting a take out order. As we arrived at approximately 8pm, we decided to order drinks and a main course, skipping the appetiser. Our cocktails arrive promptly and were very good, although we had no time to enjoy them as our main course arrived within six minutes of ordering. This to me screams mass production. Ordeing a spanish shrimp, and although it was very tastey, it was luke warm and an extremely small portion. The surf and turf, again tastey, was luke warm at best. We ordered a second round of drinks, as we had planned to be out for the evening, but felt rushed and unwelcome. Our server was openly disappointed that we did not order dessert or coffee. The server approached us several times to retrieve the payment. We were there for no more than one hour and the bill was $80. We will not return to this restaurant. ..More Reviews
